Saved me a few times

I”ve purchased other apps from this developer so I decided to download a trial version of Clipboard Center from the developer’s website. Didn’t think it would be very helpful. I was wrong! After it saved me a third time, I purchased it.

Ways to get the text from the clipboard into the document your are working in:

Drop and Drag
Copy and paste
Click on text in clipboard; a paste button will appear; click on the paste button

I was initially confused as the paste button functionality was available in the trial version but not the iTunes store version. After quitting the app and restarting it, the paste button functionality returned.
